About the role:
Joining Varmoda Tech as a Business Analyst for ServiceNow, you'll align business objectives with technology solutions. You'll gather requirements, document processes, engage stakeholders (including clients in the federal space), and help ensure our ServiceNow implementations deliver high value and mission impact.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct workshops, interviews and gather business/technical requirements for ServiceNow projects.
Map current state and future state processes (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc).
Create functional specifications and user stories for development.
Support testing, UAT, training and rollout of ServiceNow modules.
Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and clients to ensure solution alignment and adoption.
Skills & qualifications:
Experience as a business analyst in ITSM, enterprise applications or ServiceNow projects.
Strong process‑mapping, documentation and communication skills.
Familiar with ServiceNow modules and terminology.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, mission driven environment.
