Job Description
Oversee all phases of high-rise multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Lead internal teams including superintendents, project engineers, and assistant PMs, ensuring coordination and accountability across trades. Collaborate with architects, developers, and consultants to ensure timely and cost-effective execution. Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and quality standards. Provide consistent reporting to ownership and executive leadership on project progress and challenges. Foster a safety-first culture and maintain strict adherence to company and OSHA guidelines. The Successful Applicant
8+ years of experience in ground-up multifamily construction, with at least 3+ years in a senior-level project management role. Proven track record leading high-rise developments (15+ stories) in urban environments. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset. Proficient in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.). What's on Offer
