Essential Job Duties The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is seeking a Temporary Deployment Technician to support the Managed Desktop Service (OITMD). This role involves configuring and troubleshooting workstations (desktops, laptops, and supported devices), deploying operating systems and applications, and resolving technical issues both in person and remotely.

Key Responsibilities: Configure and image endpoints, deploy applications, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues Provide support for operating systems, applications, and basic networking Maintain accurate records of work progress using the call tracking system Deliver high-quality customer service and communicate technical information clearly to end users Collaborate with IT colleagues to ensure effective support and resolution of issues

Requirements and Preferences Work Schedule 35 hours a week with in Core Business Hours (Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Other Work/Responsibilities Position will require 1-2 hours a week driving to support various units across campus.
