Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Production Support (Pennington) to join their team. As a Production Support, you will be part of the IT department supporting various technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Act as a subject matter expert, providing support and leading the technical triage for problems with applications within the live production environment. Run operations, including SQL/Data analysis, log analysis, application and operating system troubleshooting, and software deployment. Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management duties, ensuring ownership and progression of internal and external faults. Collaborate with Application Managers and Project/Development teams to ensure minimal impact to production environments. Utilize your proficiency in Windows and Linux systems to contribute to stability and availability. What's Needed?
5+ years of experience in a Production Support role. Highly proficient with Database Technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL. Experience with tech tools like Splunk, Horizon, Ansible Tower, and BladeLogic. Knowledge of Information Security applications and monitoring technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to foster positive relationships within a team. What's in it for me?
