Job Description

Lead and manage interior construction projects from pre-construction through completion. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and on-budget delivery. Review plans, schedules, and contracts; manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and punch lists. Oversee site operations and ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are met. Drive progress meetings, reporting, and budget tracking in collaboration with senior leadership. The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally with interior or fit-out projects. Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling software (Procore, MS Project), and budgeting. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. What's on Offer
