Proven track record in managing the delivery and implementation of Point of Sale (POS) and eCommerce solutions for clients in North America. Extensive experience working with leading North American retail customers, with a focus on driving program success and stakeholder alignment. Strong domain expertise in Point of Sale and eCommerce, with hands-on exposure to solution delivery, integration, and lifecycle management. Program leadership experience involving at least one major POS or eCommerce platform (e.g., Oracle Retail, SAP Hybris, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud). Experienced in collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive execution of program goals and product positioning. Program Planning & Strategy:

Define and align the POS program roadmap with organizational goals. Conduct impact analysis and feasibility assessments for POS initiatives. Create detailed project/program plans including scope, milestones, resources, and timelines. Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., IT, store operations, finance, marketing). Engage with external vendors and technology partners to ensure timely and quality delivery. Maintain strong relationships with POS hardware and software providers. Implementation & Integration:

Lead rollout of POS systems across stores, ensuring minimal business disruption. Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of POS solutions with ERP, inventory, and eCommerce platforms. Coordinate testing (UAT, SIT) and pilot deployments. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Coordination:

Manage cross-functional teams of developers, QA, business analysts, and operations staff. Facilitate agile ceremonies or structured project management processes (e.g., Scrum, PMP). Mentor team members and resolve cross-team dependencies. Risk & Budget Management:

Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies. Track budgets, forecasts, and expenditures to ensure financial control. Support & Continuous Improvement:

Ensure proper transition from project implementation to support teams. Monitor system performance post-deployment and lead continuous improvement efforts. Collect feedback from store teams and customers to drive updates and enhancements. Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS, data privacy, and security regulations. Maintain thorough program documentation, including SOPs, training material, and project records.
