Job Title : Payroll Specialist
Location : Niles, IL (Hybrid)
Pay Range : $26/hr - $33/hr
Benefits : Health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k)
Role Overview: Our client is looking for a
Payroll Specialist
to work on a contract-to-hire basis and is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
Review reports to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the payroll being processed Review weekly and bi-weekly electronic timecard records for errors and unexplained variances Resolve timecard issues Compile and input payroll data into the ADP Assist in new hire orientation Participate with the administration of the company's stock-based compensation programs Assist in year-end activities, such as processing and reviewing changes in benefits enrollments, within the payroll module of the ADP system
Qualifications:
