POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Designs and manages Smartsheet project environments across NOAA initiatives to improve execution, automation, and reporting.
REQUIREMENTS:
6+ years of experience of Smart Sheet configuration and workflow development in support of project teams
3+ years' experience leveraging Change Management best practices to drive change and ongoing improvements into processes and tasks
Active PMI PMP required
Smartsheet Certification required
Must have excellent communication skills and should be able to close loops with all stakeholders.
Must be an expert in agile technologies, and a great team-player
Prior NOAA experience (desired)
Prior experience supporting facilities, asset, or a project based environment (desired)
ITIL or Change Management certification (desired)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop Smartsheet dashboards, workflows, and automations, and leveraging change management practices to make improvements by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare and present project reports in Smartsheet at the detail work package and/or task levels on a monthly basis and at a roll-up Executive level on a quarterly basis to include preparation of materials for the Program Management Council and on an ad hoc basis
Implement Smartsheet Control Center and Data Shuttle
Execution of training and coordination to federal staff on Smartsheet
Provide executive-level and task-level project reporting
Track risk, quality, and performance metrics
