Job Description
Coordinated a minimum project size of $500K from takeoff to closeout Develop and maintain accurate project schedules Track and manage project costs, budgets, and forecasts Prepare construction cost estimates for both new work and changes in scope Utilize project control systems to ensure smooth project execution Provide proactive, detailed project reporting to stakeholders Commit to delivering an exceptional final product to the client MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Must have Life sciences experience** 1-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or healthcare projects is a plus
