Sparks Group has partnered with an established financial services organization to find a Network Engineer Specialist. As the Network Engineer Specialist you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of network engineering experience to include working in a large LAN/WAN environment and hold a CISCO CCNA certification. Responsibilities : Participate in the full lifecycle of network management, including planning, design, implementation, and support. Ensure network system quality assurance, adhering to installation standards and project methodologies. Assist with budget preparation, obtaining quotes, and drafting proposals for network equipment. Develop and maintain comprehensive network configuration, procedural, and security documentation. Deploy, install, and monitor network equipment, ensuring efficient utilization and a secure platform. Qualifications/Background Profile :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience working in network engineering or a related field. Experience in network design, operational support, and configuration of network devices in a large LAN/MAN/WAN environment In-depth knowledge of network protocols and systems. Ability to rack and stack equipment, up to 25 pounds. Cisco CCNA required CCNP is a plus
