Job Title: Program Manager 15+years - Testing
Responsibilities:
Manage Testing Processes: Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of software tests. Develop Test Strategies: Create comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure thorough testing of software products. Coordinate with Teams: Work closely with development, QA, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Monitor Progress: Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring adherence to schedules. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the testing process and develop mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, issues, and resolutions. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and deadlines. Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in the testing process. Required Skills:
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Familiarity with SQL, data collection, and end-to-end testing. Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in managing software testing projects, with a strong background in QA and testing methodologies2. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or ISTQB are a plus.
