We are seeking a highly driven and analytically minded Associate Product Manager to support and advance the strategic development, marketing, and lifecycle management of our LED lighting product lines. This role requires a balance of technical understanding, commercial savvy, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our products meet market needs and business objectives.

This is a hybrid role with an expectation of working on-site a minimum of 4 days per week at our HQ Greenville, SC. You must reside in either territory to be considered; we are not offering relocation at this time. Additionally, third-party resumes will not be considered.

What You'll Do

You will partner closely with senior product leaders, engineering, supply chain, sales, and marketing to support initiatives that grow product adoption and revenue. Ideal candidates are those with prior exposure to industrial or technical product lines, and who aspire to build a career in product management through hands-on involvement in:

Product Strategy & Execution

Assist in product roadmap planning, portfolio optimization, and new product development. Support go-to-market (GTM) execution for new product launches including sales enablement and training. Monitor product performance and conduct post-launch assessments to identify opportunities for improvement. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

Research and track competitive products, industry trends, and customer needs. Synthesize insights from sources such as NEMA, AIB, Dodge, internal sales data, and customer feedback. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to align execution with strategy. Coordinate product marketing materials including spec sheets, sample kits, brochures, and more. Ensure consistent messaging and prioritization across product families. Customer & Sales Support

Provide technical product information and value propositions to support the sales team. Help develop and deliver compelling training and marketing content for customers and channel partners.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in product management, product marketing, or technical/industrial industries. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - able to build business cases and interpret market data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting ideas to cross-functional teams. Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the LED lighting industry or adjacent fields (e.g., electrical, controls, fixtures). Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems. Exposure to B2B product marketing or sales support environments. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a bias for action. Why Join Us?

Compensation

The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more. This salary range is $60,000-$65,000.
