Position Overview:
An established leader in the industrial, manufacturing, and energy construction sectors is seeking an experienced and driven
Project Manager
to oversee large-scale construction projects valued between $500,000 and $50 million. This role is responsible for full project lifecycle execution-from pre-construction through closeout-while partnering with superintendents and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, safe, and profitable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, maintaining professionalism and a solution-focused attitude at all times Lead all phases of construction project management, including planning, execution, safety, cost control, and scheduling Conduct initial client consultations to assess project scope, resources, and deliverables Supervise total project efforts to ensure compliance with safety standards, design requirements, quality benchmarks, and timelines Manage project schedules using Primavera and coordinate internal and external resources accordingly Oversee financial performance of each contract, including budgets, equipment rentals, cost forecasting, and profitability tracking Initiate and manage change orders, extra work estimates, and contractual updates Act as the liaison with clients, design professionals, and subcontractors, representing the company in all project meetings Establish and enforce project goals, procedures, and quality expectations in alignment with corporate policies Lead contractor meetings and manage subcontractor relationships, contracts, and documentation Mentor and coach Project Engineers, supporting their professional development Drive project closeout efforts, ensuring all financial and contractual elements are completed Required Experience: Minimum
7 years of experience
managing heavy industrial construction projects Bachelor's degree in
Engineering ,
Construction Management , or a related field (required) Proven experience leading multimillion-dollar industrial or automotive sector projects Strong financial and operational understanding of project management Required Skills: Proficient with
Primavera ,
Microsoft Office ,
AutoCAD , and
