We are currently seeking a Practice Supervisor to work in Lansdale. Additional locations include Blue Bell & Pottstown.

Essential Functions: Participates in directing, supervising, and coordinating the overall clinical and business operations for the Care Center. Supervises and coordinates activities for one care center location. Contributes to and partners with care center leadership to administer operating procedures and policies in line with overall business goals. Participates in the evolution and refinement of the quality improvement process at the care center location. Resolves problems related to staffing, utilization of facilities, equipment and supplies for the care center location. Oversees the patient experience and drives improvement and action planning at the care center location. Manages and handles the escalation of patient complaints. Participates in colleague experience, driving achievement of colleague satisfaction targets.

Acts as a liaison with non-clinical and clinical staff and care center leadership. Proactively communicates with the Practice Administrator or Senior Practice Administrator. Travel required 5% of the time. This role is an on-site position Supervisory Responsibilities:

Participates in management of both clinical/non-clinical care center colleagues. Qualities & Skills:

Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of professionals. Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with personnel across various facilities as well as external entities. Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Ability to adapt to changes in the healthcare industry and stay updated on current trends and practices. Education & Experience:

HS Diploma or GED required; 4-year degree from an accredited college in business, healthcare or a related field preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of healthcare management experience supervising 1-10 employees. OB/GYN experience is a plus but not required. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare information technology (eCw preferred). The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
