This position is located in Newport News, VA and is a Full Time, Regular position and will report to the General Manager.

Job Description
Responsibilities of this position include performing a variety of data entry tasks to include; processing invoices, matching source documents, securing appropriate coding and approvals, keying information into Keystyle system, ensure that all vendor invoices are paid promptly, review vendor account schedules for past due invoices, and streamline data entry process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities of this position, but not limited to:
Oversee the data entry of assigned invoices and recording of expenses. Process data in all assigned accounts for timely and accurate payment. Match source documents against invoices and receiving reports. Research and resolve invoice inquiries/discrepancies. Communicate with internal/external vendors to resolve discrepancies. Reconcile vendor accounts and statements. Establish/maintain excellent working relationships with vendors. Must document workflow and processes as they evolve to ensure up to date procedures. Enter inter-company data as required. Understand roles impact on the general ledger and the financial statements. Performs other related duties as required. Minimum Education/Experience
High school diploma, or equivalent, required. At least (4) years of related data entry experience or directly related business school or college course may be substituted equally for experience or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and prefer experience working with Viewpoint. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping, payment cycles and billing. Make varied arithmetic computations and tabulations accurately. Demonstrate good planning and organizational skills. Experience using Keystyle and/or Viewpoint Accounting Software highly desired. Good interpersonal and analytical skills. Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to meet deadlines. Attention to detail. Understanding of Purchase Orders and Job Costs Excellent communication skills - written and oral - email, phone, face to face. Ability to work independently with little direction on assigned tasks, as well as to accept direction on given assignments. Able to work collectively with the administrative team associates, working through chain of command. Able to work with minimum supervision. Able to multi-task, handle a large number of administrative duties. Must possess ability to understand departmental operations and procedures. Provide outstanding customer service, to external and internal customers. Recognizes need for confidentiality and securing of sensitive information.
