Job Description: We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to help scale Client's logistics business. Your role will involve helping businesses optimize shipping speeds, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As an outbound BDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your goal will be to generate qualified leads by engaging decision-makers at eCommerce and retail brands.
You'll work closely with sales and marketing to build a high-quality pipeline, create engaging email and phone campaigns, and generate business.
Key Responsibilities Prospect and identify high-potential businesses through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Engage and qualify leads by understanding their shipping challenges and needs. Set up meetings and demos for Account Executives. Manage and track activities in the CRM (e.g., Client). Collaborate with the cross-functional team to refine messaging and target segments. 2 years of sales or business development experience. Consistent, measurable over-achievement in past experiences. Curiosity and hunger to learn and stay up-to-date about the logistics industry. Desire to build a career in sales. A high degree of ownership and grit. Nice to have - experience in the logistics industry.
