The In-Reach Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Program Manager in the day-to-day supervisory and administrative management of the In-Reach component of the Adult Home SH program - as well as providing a variety of case management and housing-related services to Adult Home clients to facilitate their transition to, and adjustment to and integration into the community setting.
Additional Requirements: * Minimum two years in post graduate experience in Mental Health setting. Supervisory experience required. Ability to perform in a busy, changing, multi-tasking work environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills Excellent computer skills Proficient in data reporting system Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Working knowledge of medical and/or behavioral health care environments and terminology. Education Requirements:
Master Degree required; Professional Licensure preferred.
Valid driver's license in good standing.
Proficient of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint), database navigation required, and Electronic Health records navigation required.
Location: Staten Island, NY
Pay: $75-85k
