Job Requirements:
1. Strong production support experience in Argo teller (browser-based) and central payments applications with good communication and problem-solving skills
2. Experience in understanding ARGO EDMS alerts and initiating quick actions to resolve the issues
3. Research problems to identify root cause (defect, configuration, environmental, or system design) and work on resolution collaborating with ARGO vendor as needed. This includes analyzing transaction, network, and database traces to identify the cause and fix for the issues.
4. Experience in monitoring tools Dynatrace and Splunk for quick triaging of issues and to set up Splunk dashboards and alerts.
5. Identify and/or capture necessary information to work with the Teller teammates or developers to recreate the identified issues when applicable.
6. Experience in troubleshooting research issues in ARGO, TCRs, scanners , and receipt printers related issues
7. Knowledge of Teller Electronic Journal (EJ) and host communication.
8. Exposure to distributed systems.
9. Familiarity with Windows servers and VMs
10. Train, document, and transfer knowledge of areas of expertise to offshore team members
Mandatory Skills: 1. ARGO/.Net 2. MSSQL 3. Dynatrace, Splunk
Experience with the ARGO Teller product is good to have.
Years of experience required: 11+ Minimum 8 years of Production Support experience is also required
