Amogy is looking for a Manager, Supply Chain Operations, to join our Manufacturing team. Reporting to our VP of Manufacturing, the ideal candidate will lead supplier identification, validation and management, contracts and service agreements, and logistics by working closely with internal and external customers, production managers, and project managers to support Amogy's commercialization efforts.

What You'll Be Doing: Develops system, tracks, and manages supplier contract volumes for allocation on weekly/monthly/annual basis Provide management with order recommendations based on contractual agreement and strategic sales initiatives Proactively communicate with all supply chain functions regarding issues with product availability where service

level will be affected (order will not ship on time) Participate in the evaluation of quotations and contract negotiations from our contracted suppliers Build scenarios of production and supply chain capabilities and limitations Collaborate with contract manufacturers Manage domestic and international logistics for the company including coordination with customers, suppliers

and 3rd parties Optimize spending across the company by proactively searching for inefficiencies in supply chain and other areas Organize procurement activities company-wide to optimize sourcing around raw materials, off the shelf, and

custom components Proactively review product trends, supply and demand to identify push/pull actions Work cooperatively to implement innovative inventory and production efficiency programs Manage a team of 2 procurement and material professionals Requirements

The minimum requirements we seek:

Bachelor's degree required with concentration in Engineering, Business Management, or Supply Chain Management Minimum of 7+ years of Supply Chain Management experience, preferably in the energy or climate tech sector Experienced in production scheduling, complex planning, forecasting and product lifecycle programs Experience in sourcing materials and components (i.e. process equipment) Experience in cost reduction sourcing strategies Experienced in Purchasing/Materials tools (ERP, Inventory analysis, part or supplier profiles etc) Experience in contract negotiations Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment Ability to facilitate discussion and decision making Experienced in communicating effectively with all levels of management

Preferred Experience ERP implementation qualifications Tech start up or small company experience
