We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our on-site team in Irvine. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in HR who is eager to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist employees with benefits enrollment, including answering questions and guiding them through the sign-up process. Manage and process workers compensation claims and related documentation. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely completion of HR paperwork. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including I-9 verification and benefits setup. Coordinate interviews, schedule meetings, and assist with recruiting logistics. Collaborate with the HR Manager to support day-to-day HR operations and compliance. Provide administrative support for performance reviews, training tracking, and employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications: 23 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on

benefits administration

and

workers compensation . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive documentation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom). A willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
