This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a leadership role and excels at managing full-cycle project delivery, building client relationships, and guiding internal teams toward successful outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & ExecutionOversee planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC and mechanical construction projects from start to finishManage estimating, procurement, labor forecasting, and scheduling of installation activitiesAdminister contracts, including tracking change orders, compliance requirements, and termsReview and maintain project documentation, including proposals, RFIs, contracts, and communication logsMonitor labor, material usage, and costs to ensure adherence to budgets and quality expectationsClient & Stakeholder CommunicationBuild and maintain professional relationships with clients and project stakeholdersRepresent the company in meetings, site visits, and progress reviewsFoster collaboration between vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to support project successTeam Collaboration & LeadershipFacilitate preconstruction planning sessions with department heads and field teamsCoordinate between Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Field Operations, and Service teamsMentor junior staff and project engineers to promote growth and performanceFinancial Oversight & Strategic GrowthMonitor and manage financial aspects of projects including cost tracking, billing, and cash flowIdentify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements in project managementSupport the pursuit of new project opportunities and market growth initiativesParticipate in internal strategy and innovation effortsQualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredExperience:Minimum 5+ years managing mechanical construction projects ranging from $100K to $25M+Demonstrated success in cost control, estimating, and project forecastingProven ability to cultivate long-term client and vendor relationshipsSkills:Strong leadership, team coordination, and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management platformsFamiliarity with AutoCAD and Bid Tracer is a plusCompensation + BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience, certifications, and project portfolioComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with company matchEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) participationPaid vacation, sick leave, and holidays
