Recruiter

Description BXGI, an Information Services company, is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team in Oakland. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our growing business. This is a full-time position that requires on-site work and offers a competitive salary in USD between 50,000 and 60,000 per year. Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions

Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding

Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the Information Services industry

Proven track record of identifying and hiring top talent

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
