Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a full-cycle HR Generalist, supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle
Manage recruitment, new hire onboarding, and orientation
Administer benefits enrollment and serve as a point of contact for employee questions
Process employee changes, terminations, and maintain HRIS records
Coordinate and manage leaves of absence in compliance with company policy and applicable regulations
Support employee relations and assist in maintaining a positive workplace culture
Partner with payroll on employee updates and ensure data accuracy
Qualifications:
2-5 years of progressive HR experience Strong working knowledge of HR processes, systems, and employment law SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification preferred Experience managing LOA, benefits, and onboarding is highly valued Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills Bachelor's degree preferred (not required); advanced degrees not necessary
