About the Role The Specialist for the Business Operations & Strategic Delivery (BOSD) team will be part of the Client Platform COO Group. The COO team plays a critical role in executing the Client Platform strategy, supporting leaders across the platform in running their business lines, driving scale and efficiency, and partnering with infrastructure leaders to ensure smooth operations. The BOSD team will focus on key processes that span multiple teams, including platform operations (such as L&D and risk/regulatory processes), sales planning, and strategic client relationships. The team also leads cross-platform initiatives to create efficiencies and support growth. The Specialist will primarily focus on our strategic client program, working closely with the Client Service Director to drive impactful initiatives and growth opportunities. Additionally, the Specialist will lead cross-platform strategic projects as capacity allows. While based in Boston or London, the role will have a global scope and require collaboration across all teams in the Client Platform. Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic client service delivery strategies in partnership with the Client Service Director. Design and execute foundational client training and research sharing programs, aligning with client objectives and commercial priorities. Review and advise on global business development resources, including curating a resource library and leveraging technology for tracking and relationship management. Oversee and set strategies for the Strategic Relationship Advisory Council (SRAC), including establishing KPIs and facilitating big deal reviews. Host select strategic and Tier 1 global clients, prospects, and consultants visiting the firm’s offices. Partner with the Client Service Director on stakeholder management and regional engagement. Lead strategic projects critical to business evolution, collaborating with key partners. Qualifications

7+ years of experience in asset management, with sales experience as a plus. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects across geographies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of infrastructure supporting the business. Global mindset and flexibility to work across time zones. Understanding of the competitive landscape and trends in asset management. Ability to drive projects independently in a collaborative environment. Effective partnership skills across all organizational levels. Adaptability and composure under pressure. Entrepreneurial attitude and proactive approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot) and Tableau. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 - 180,000, reflecting various factors including skills, experience, and education. Details will be shared during recruitment. Compensation includes base salary, potential bonuses, and benefits such as retirement plans, health coverage, wellness programs, and more, supporting a flexible and rewarding work environment.
