Clearance. ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large DoD Network and Cybersecurity programs. Job Description: As a Program Manager at ActioNet, you will oversee and manage all Contractor work under this Performance Work Statement (PWS). You will ensure the successful execution of our contract by providing leadership, coordination, and technical expertise. Your responsibilities include acting as the primary interface between ActioNet and the Government, reviewing technical work for quality and efficiency, advising on best practices and emerging technologies, managing human resources, and tracking budgets. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary interface between Government and Contractor personnel. Review and monitor Contractor technical work for quality, efficiency, and timeliness supporting within a large DoD IDIQ. Manage multitask contracts and/or subcontracts, funds, resources, and communicate effectively at all management levels. Manage human resources activities related to the project. Track and manage the project budget. Conduct monthly Project Management Reviews (PMRs). Facilitate security clearance, badging, and administrative activities for staff. Recruit, manage, and train contractor staff. Create and maintain project schedules, risk registers, and reports. Develop surveys to capture customer feedback. Provide process improvement recommendations and lessons learned. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields. At least 10 years of experience managing and supporting a PMO, with 7+ years in program/project management and 3+ years managing an IDIQ. PMP Certification required. DoD IAM Level II (or higher) required. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Proven successful project management record. Security clearance or ability to obtain one.
