Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Relativity’s core Search capabilities, including transitioning to a new cloud-native search architecture. Collaborate across teams to enhance relevance, performance, and usability, shaping how the world discovers truth through data.
Responsibilities include:
Understanding customer workflows and needs through engagement and research.
Communicating user needs to engineering and stakeholders.
Applying data-driven decision-making and validation techniques.
Leading complex, cross-functional transformation projects.
Partnering with engineering for scalable, reliable products.
Managing product lifecycle, including deprecation of features.
Developing go-to-market content and documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years in product management for software used by thousands daily.
Experience with Search products like Elasticsearch or Lucene.
Strong analytical, communication, and lifecycle management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with large-scale data, experimentation, and AI-driven solutions.
Proven ability to deliver features from inception to launch.
Compensation:
Competitive salary between $140,000 and $210,000, based on experience and qualifications. Includes bonus and incentives.
