Posting Type : Hybrid Role Description The Product Management team seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead vision, strategy, and execution of Relativity’s core Search capabilities. This role is pivotal in our transition to a cloud-native search architecture, collaborating across engineering, design, sales, and customer success to enhance relevance, performance, and usability. This position is ideal for a strategic, customer-focused product leader who thrives in complex environments and aims to shape how the world discovers truth through data. Responsibilities Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand Search workflows and needs, validating approaches and aligning on product vision. Conduct user and competitive research to guide product development. Apply data-driven decision making, using telemetry, A/B testing, and cohort analysis to refine products. Lead cross-functional transformation projects, ensuring coordination and delivery of impactful features. Understand and communicate the value of the product suite from technical and business perspectives. Track key metrics and report on product performance. Facilitate team communication, stakeholder alignment, and conflict resolution around product vision. Technical Skills Partner with Engineering to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance standards. Understand cloud architecture to inform product decisions and communicate effectively with technical teams. Identify root causes of technical issues and propose solutions. Execution Manage legacy feature deprecation with clear communication. Break initiatives into iterative releases with measurable goals. Develop go-to-market content, including documentation and release notes. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years in product management, building software for large user bases. Experience with Search products based on Elasticsearch, Lucene, or similar. Ability to analyze data, monitor product health, and track success. Strong multitasking, detail orientation, and communication skills. Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications Strong analytical skills, experience with large-scale data and experiments. Curiosity about complex systems and interactions. Experience delivering features from inception to launch. Familiarity with AI solutions like chatbots and analytics. Relativity offers competitive compensation, including salary, bonuses, and incentives. The salary range is $140,000 - $210,000, based on experience and qualifications.
