Posting Type : Hybrid Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Relativity’s core Search capabilities. This role is central to our transformation to a cloud-native search architecture. You will collaborate across engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition and deliver enhancements to relevance, performance, and usability. This role is ideal for a strategic, customer-obsessed product leader who thrives in complexity, thinks systemically, and aims to shape how the world discovers truth through data. Job Responsibilities Customer Centric Connect with customers to understand Search workflows and needs, validating our approach. Engage with internal stakeholders including engineering, user researchers, and designers about workflows and end-user needs. Communicate user needs to engineering teams to align on product vision. Conduct user and competitive research to inform product direction. Product Leadership Make data-driven decisions throughout the product lifecycle. Use telemetry analysis, A/B testing, and cohort analysis to refine product and confirm value. Lead complex, cross-functional transformation projects. Understand and communicate the value of our product suite. Track and report key product metrics. Facilitate communication and alignment across teams. Technical Fluency Partner with Engineering to ensure scalability, reliability, usability, and performance. Understand cloud architecture to inform product decisions. Identify root causes of incidents and propose solutions. Engage in technical discussions with engineering leaders. Execution Manage deprecation of legacy features with clear communication. Plan and execute iterative releases with measurable goals. Collaborate early with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems. Create documentation and release notes. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years in product management for software used by thousands of users. Experience with Search products based on Elasticsearch, Lucene, or similar. Ability to analyze data and monitor product health. Strong tactical execution and multi-project handling. Attention to detail with strategic focus. Excellent communication skills. Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications Strong analytical skills with large-scale data. Interest in complex systems and interactions. Proven ability to deliver features from inception to delivery. Familiarity with AI solutions like chatbots and analytics. Relativity offers competitive total compensation, including base salary, bonus, and incentives. The salary range is $140,000 to $210,000, based on experience and qualifications.
