We seek an energetic, self-motivated individual eager to work through ambiguity and deliver exceptional user experiences and value. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with business and technical teams to gather insights, understand processes, challenges, and opportunities, and help build advanced solutions. Responsibilities include defining and communicating strategic paths, guiding product development, and ensuring successful outcomes through technology and process expertise. The ideal candidate must be customer-obsessed, experienced in Agile, and skilled in defining objectives, prioritizing features, managing timelines, and stakeholder communication.
What You'll Do:
Contribute to cultivating a customer-obsessed, product-led design culture.
Align stakeholders on product priorities.
Drive the vision and delivery of new features supporting growth and strategy.
Translate strategy into detailed requirements.
Work with delivery teams to ensure quick market deployment and resource optimization.
Prioritize opportunities collaboratively.
Define customer requirements for experience, features, and functions.
Engage with users for needs validation.
Conduct feedback sessions and develop success metrics.
Participate in planning and provide strategic guidance.
Collaborate with customers and team members for comprehensive understanding.
Assess customer behaviors, trends, and industry standards.
Identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation, ensuring compliance.
Develop pricing strategies balancing profitability and market value.
Make informed decisions on features, technical debt, and resiliency.
Support testing strategies, including QA and user acceptance testing.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in product development, requirements analysis, pricing, planning, and financial strategy.
5-7 years in related product or service development.
3+ years in Agile product management.
Experience with strategic partners.
Knowledge of product management tools like Atlassian, Miro, Planview.
Financial product management experience, especially in Commercial Treasury Management.
Subject matter expertise in payables and receivables.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder interaction skills.
Proven success in launching new products and managing software/technology features.
Ability to engage with leaders and create effective solutions.
Interpersonal skills to bridge business and engineering teams.
Customer focus in developing and prioritizing product requirements.
Strategic and results-driven leadership.
Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts.
Decision-making, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Continuous learning about treasury management innovations.
Ability to build cross-team relationships.
Pay Range: $126,100 - $168,125 Annually
This range is an estimate at posting; actual pay depends on factors like experience, skills, and location.
