We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Business Development to join our Idaho division. This role offers the chance to grow and develop within the HOA industry, shaping strategy, driving revenue, and expanding Keystone’s market presence. Summary:

The Director of Business Development is responsible for executing the company's sales strategy and growth objectives. This includes identifying new business opportunities, nurturing prospects, building industry relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients. The ideal candidate is strategic and hands-on, motivated by creating value through client partnerships. You will oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of all sales and marketing functions, including sales cycle, branding, advertising, digital media, and public relations to meet revenue goals. Uncapped commissions based on targets.
