Job Description NAOVI is seeking a skilled Senior Partnership Engagement Specialist for the following task: Primary responsibilities: Outreach and engagement within a functional area. Analyze reports to draw conclusions about programmatic efficiencies and value. Develop and deliver required contracts, departmental, project and/or financial reports to the customer, partners and stakeholders. Support partnership engagement and outreach by facilitating planning, logistics, development and execution of conferences, symposiums and events. Provide input into operational and strategic communication plans to drive utilization of client programs. Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate partnership engagements with senior officials and executives from the public and private sectors and academia. Develop briefings, talking points, and point papers in line with requirements specified in the client’s strategic partnership plan. Experience with Insider Threat and OPSEC. Acts as a technical liaison with partners. Facilitates and coordinates working group meetings and authors post meeting reports and summaries of conclusions. Uses NarQuest to receive, process, and monitor requests for specific services. Education/Experience/Security Clearance Currently possess an Active TS/SCI with Polygraph –
Required. Requires BS +18 years of experience, MS/MA and 10+ years of experience, or no degree and 24+ years of experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills
required. Previous partnership engagement and outreach experience
desired. Experience working in the Intelligence Community
