Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership
Oversee daily operations across departments, including F&B, Rooms, Housekeeping, and Engineering. Champion a service-centric culture aligned with Forbes 4-star standards. Serve as acting General Manager in the absence of the hotel GM. Ensure operational excellence in all outlets: restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and banquet/catering. Food & Beverage Strategy
Drive F&B innovation and service; collaborate on seasonal menus, beverage programs, and guest experiences. Monitor food costs, labor efficiency, and outlet profitability. Develop F&B leaders to deliver guest service, team performance, and brand consistency. Guest Experience & Brand Standards
Maintain visibility in guest areas to support personalized service. Ensure departments deliver an exceptional luxury experience per brand standards. Monitor feedback, implement service recovery, and pursue continuous improvement. Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing staff and leaders. Foster a collaborative, engaging, and respectful work environment. Plan for succession and develop talent pipelines. Financial Oversight
Assist in budget development and operational planning. Analyze financials, manage P&L, and control costs. Partner with sales and marketing to support revenue initiatives. Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with all standards and regulations. Lead crisis management and risk mitigation planning. Qualifications
5-7 years of progressive luxury or lifestyle hotel operations experience, with strong F&B leadership. Experience in boutique or independent hotels preferred. Bachelor's in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. Deep knowledge of luxury service standards, F&B, and leadership. Proficient in budgeting, labor management, and reporting. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays. Strong emotional intelligence, communication, and hands-on leadership skills. Why Join Us?
