Vice President of Enrollment Management Services

The newly appointed President of Baker College invites dynamic, thoughtful, and innovative leaders to join the leadership team. The new president's vision is ambitious, forward-thinking, and dedicated to a Student-First philosophy. Reporting directly to the president, the Vice President for Enrollment Management Services (VP) will play a critical role in advancing the new vision. As a member of the President's Cabinet, the VP will provide system-wide strategic visionary leadership and foster a culture of inclusion, engagement, and belonging that inspires students, faculty, and staff to flourish. The newly appointed leader has an opportunity to build a high-functioning team, redefine success, and make a meaningful impact that will transform the institution and positively affect our students and the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive, innovative, and visionary enrollment growth strategy for undergraduate and graduate programs.

Create plans outlining short and long-term enrollment goals.

Manage prospects, leads, and applicants to maximize conversion rates.

Build and lead recruitment teams, including training, mentoring, and coaching internal and territory recruiters.

Identify and leverage technology to support recruitment efforts.

Design marketing and communication tactics tailored to diverse personas, including traditional, non-traditional, transfer, and emerging markets.

Qualifications The successful candidate will hold a master's degree from an accredited institution in education, higher education, public administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in higher education. Senior-level experience in enrollment management is required.
