This role will generate solid leads, grow their network, and collaborate with team members to ensure their goals are being met. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with at least 1 year of sales experience in the finance arena to continue to grow and develop alongside a motivated team! This firm offers a competitive base salary and strong commission potential. This is a temp to hire opening that is located in Bethesda, MD and available immediately.

Responsibilities Include: Identify and develop lead sources Maintain and update the CRM Assist in development of various communications and campaigns Build relationships with key stakeholders to grow network Qualifications Include: Bachelor's Degree required (Finance or related preferred) 1+ years of business development / sales experience Finance experience required Strong CRM and MS Office skills Outstanding written and oral communication skills Must be willing to acquire finance licensing such as: SIE, Series 6 or 7, etc. Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
