As a Stock Lead, you are the primary owner of the stockroom, overseeing processing, product placement, and transfers within the store. Your role is to maintain a safe, efficient stockroom to ensure customers find the products they want when they want them. You lead by example, uphold exceptional stockroom standards, and foster a positive, respectful environment. You work closely with the Store Manager to train and develop stock associates, empowering your team through encouragement, recognition, and feedback. Description As an UGG Stock Lead, you maintain the stockroom where all materials and products are received, stored, organized, picked, counted, monitored, and distributed to meet store needs. You keep the stockroom neat and orderly, practicing safety and security measures to prevent theft. You ensure all stock processes and policies are understood and followed by your team. You plan for new product arrivals, handle shipments and discrepancies, and manage inventory accurately. You also handle customer charge sends and store transfers, and manage damaged merchandise according to company standards. Additionally, you are responsible for securely maintaining the store key. Beyond stockroom duties, you assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and productivity goals. You help replenish and display products according to Visual Merchandising standards, provide excellent customer service, greet customers, answer questions, and promote the store and brand image. You understand your role as part of a team and work collaboratively to meet business needs.
