Country Manager USA

based in the United States. This individual will be responsible for leading and accelerating the company’s growth in the US, ensuring the standardization of the strategy and business plan for each product line (Warehouse, FTL, LTL, Distribution) in accordance with the group’s philosophy and standards. The role requires building, developing, and managing high-performance teams, guaranteeing the achievement of objectives and quality across all processes and services. Key responsibilities include: Defining and implementing the growth strategy and business plan for each product in the USA, aligned with the group’s global vision. Leading the execution of critical operational projects, managing resources, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring the achievement of milestones and KPIs. Developing and managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, communication, and accountability. Managing the acquisition and retention of clients and transportation providers in the USA, as well as preparing commercial and operational proposals. Overseeing compliance with procedures, quality standards, and reporting to clients and central services. Leading the implementation of HR policies, talent development, and staff training in the USA. Requirements:

Knowledge of the logistics and transportation sector in the USA. Leadership, organizational, and team management skills. Customer and results orientation, with strategic and commercial vision. Strong negotiation and communication skills (oral and written). Proactive, solution-oriented, responsible, and highly adaptable profile. Proficiency in tools and systems (ERP, TMS, WMS, advanced Excel, Power BI or similar). Experience working under pressure and in changing environments. Strong commitment to the project. Knowledge of KPI analysis and monitoring tools. Willingness to travel internationally (as an expatriate). Offered:

8 to 10 years in management positions, preferably in the logistics and transportation sector. Experience leading teams and international expansion projects. Proven experience in operations, negotiations, and managing large teams. Required Education:

University degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or postgraduate degree in Supply Chain or related field. Required Languages:

Spanish (native). Valuable Qualifications:

Knowledge and management of ERP systems (SAGE X3, SAP). Previous experience as Country Manager in internationalization processes. French and/or German.
