This position is based in Tampa, FL, and focuses on driving growth in the Federal Government market through strategic capture management and proposal efforts. Primary Responsibilities include: Developing and executing strategic growth plans and identifying new business opportunities. Managing all activities related to capture efforts, including planning, team coordination, and customer engagement. Leading win strategy, competitive assessment, and proposal development. Building and maintaining relationships with customers and industry partners. Overseeing proposal processes, including compliance, quality, and timeliness. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years in Government contract acquisition and implementation. Knowledge of FAR and GSA compliance. Experience analyzing RFPs and managing proposal teams. Strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred:
DAWIA Level II or FAC-C certification. About the Company:
