Position Overview We are seeking a Process Supervisor for the Specialty Department. This role involves managing unionized workers involved in the manufacturing of sugar products. Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the specialty sugar process, including production, quality, safety, and employee supervision. Manage sugar refining operations during assigned shifts. Lead teams of specialized employees, ensuring adherence to GMP and safe operating procedures. Achieve production volume, quality standards, and regulatory compliance by supervising up to 30 hourly workers on rotating shifts. Effectively lead in a unionized environment to meet organizational goals. Maintain knowledge of operations such as Afflation & Melting, Carbonation, Char & Carbon Filtration, among others. Work effectively with subordinates, peers, and management. Possess a basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. Utilize computer systems effectively. Manage liquid process systems using knowledge of fluid systems, chemistry, and mathematics. Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Require 2-3 years of industrial supervisory experience. Be available for rotating shifts and weekend work. Perform industrial labor tasks, including walking, climbing ladders, and working around heavy equipment and confined spaces. Experience & Education

2-3 years in manufacturing, preferably in food, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries. College degree in Engineering or related science, or equivalent military experience preferred. High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Additional Information This position involves supervisory responsibilities. The pay rate is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
