Benefits Page . Minimum requirements: High school diploma or GED, or relevant education and experience. Six months cashier experience for Customer Service Desk roles. Minimum age: 18, or 19 in Idaho and Alaska if selling tobacco. Ability to pass a drug test. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends, any shift, and overtime as needed. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail. Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of company policies and procedures. Relevant retail experience. Key responsibilities include: Delivering excellent customer service and encouraging team members to do the same. Performing cashier duties such as opening/closing registers, ringing sales, handling tender transactions, and maintaining produce codes knowledge. Maintaining checkstand cleanliness and accuracy in transactions. Answering phones, managing store accounting functions, and preparing bank deposits. Operating the Customer Service Desk, including processing refunds, exchanges, money orders, bill payments, and providing lottery and license services. Managing conflict calmly and acting with honesty and integrity. Supporting minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as needed.
