The ideal candidate is passionate about digital projects, experienced in managing web initiatives, customer-focused, and quality-driven. Responsibilities include project scoping, communication, and demonstrating excellent presentation skills. Technical Competencies
Scope web projects, communicate with teams and clients, and manage projects from start to finish. Monitor and update workflows, timelines, and deadlines. Evaluate capital expenditures and revenue potential. Create Change Orders. Manage projects to meet profit margins and budgets. Advocate for client needs internally. Lead project teams and develop documentation. Ensure quality of completed work. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Host client meetings regularly. Maintain projects in JIRA and Mavenlink. Produce project status reports and manage invoicing. Assist with proposals, presentations, and internal reports. Support sales with resource planning and project delivery. Represent the project management team in sales presentations. Identify opportunities for client growth. Behavioral Competencies
Team-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. Committed to solving customer problems and delighting clients. Open to critique, collaborative, and proactive in advocating for agency needs. Strategic thinker with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3-5 years managing web projects, including budgets over $100,000. Understanding of project financials and experience with tools like JIRA and Mavenlink. Experience in agile environments; CSM certification is a plus. Knowledge of CMS platforms like Kentico, Sitecore, Drupal, or WordPress is a plus. PMP or similar certifications preferred. Must have Permanent Residency or US Citizenship. This is a hybrid position after training, with 3 days in office and 2 remote, subject to change. AgencyQ is an Equal Opportunity employer.
