Job Description
Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain schedules and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on job sites. Monitor budgets, track expenses, and report project progress to stakeholders. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work aligns with project specifications. Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively. Collaborate closely with project managers to meet client expectations and deadlines. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Superintendent should have:
2+ years of experience in commercial or federal construction. Residential experience will not be considered. Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects, including scheduling and budgeting. Strong technical skills in projects like
Procore, Primavera P6, BuilderTrend, Bluebeam Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and
safety
practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills for
coordinating teams
and resolving issues. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings. Commitment to delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines. What's on Offer
Competitive salary range:
$67,500 - $82,500 , depending on experience. Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans. Generous PTO and six paid holidays annually. 401(k) plan with a 3% company match. Company-provided vehicle, laptop, cell phone, and fuel card.
