Job Description
Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor site safety and compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Resolve construction-related issues promptly to avoid project delays. Maintain accurate records of site activities, daily reports, and progress updates. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address concerns and provide project updates. Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction tools and equipment. A strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations. Proven ability to lead and manage on-site teams effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
