Job Description
The Commercial Construction Superintendent will be expected to:
Manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project goals. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project objectives. Prepare and present reports on project status, costs, and timelines to stakeholders. Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to job sites. Drive quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
