What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives, managing service delivery for assigned projects - Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables - Provide high-level consultative input to clients, focusing on advanced analytics and technology-assisted reviews - Manage project budgets and report financial status to clients - Oversee day-to-day client-specific projects, ensuring quality and accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications): - A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management roles within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers - Strong oral and written communication skills to maintain a confident leadership presence - Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects effectively - Solid understanding of eDiscovery and litigation support processes - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience; a JD or MBA is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney roles - Demonstrated leadership and staff development skills - Familiarity with database design and management, along with data processing activities - Ability to proactively manage client expectations and adapt services to meet their needs
