Job Description
Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for commercial ground-up projects. Ensure projects are completed within the established budget and timeline while maintaining quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project requirements. Oversee safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations on the job site. Develop and maintain construction schedules, adjusting as necessary to address challenges. Inspect work progress and resolve any issues that arise during the construction phase. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Mentor and guide on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Superintendent should have:
Experience managing commercial ground-up $50M+ construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards. Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in construction scheduling software and tools. A commitment to delivering high-quality work while adhering to project timelines. What's on Offer
