Senior Administrative Assistant
Location (city, state): Washington, DC Industry: Administrative / Executive Support Pay: $26$31/hr (based on experience) Type: Contract (45 months) Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Background Check: Required Addison Group is partnering with a well-respected organization in Washington, DC seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Senior Administrative Assistant to support their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset, looking to contribute to the success of a dynamic and fast-paced workplace. We are hiring a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership and internal teams. This is a 45 month contract position, fully on-site in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, supporting invoice tracking, organizing travel, and coordinating events. Key Responsibilities: Provide calendar management for senior leadership, including scheduling and conflict resolution Support executives and team members with various administrative tasks Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare related logistics Process and track company invoices, updating internal spreadsheets daily Maintain and monitor invoice status updates for the broader team Assist in planning internal meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly Qualifications: 35 years of experience in senior administrative or executive assistant roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Concur expense system Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented, analytical, and dependable Bachelor's degree preferred but not required (experience may substitute) Perks: Gain valuable experience supporting executive leadership Opportunity to contribute to key internal processes Work in a professional, team-oriented office environment Competitive hourly compensation Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
