Here's a job posting for you: Line Cook & Prep Person - Full-Time Location: Multiple Locations Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive, based on experience Lim Dynasty Asia Cafe Inc. is an authentic Asian restaurant specializing in wok cooking and hibachi. We take pride in fresh, high-quality ingredients and hand-prepped food. We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Line Cook & Prep Persons to join our kitchen team. Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients by hand, including chopping vegetables, slicing meats, and making sauces. Cook dishes on the grill and wok station, following restaurant recipes. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist in receiving and stocking kitchen supplies. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Previous kitchen experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate. Previous experience in an Asian Kitchen environment is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure and as a team. Comfortable using a grill and wok (or willing to learn). Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
