KBF is currently seeking an organized HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This position will support the Human Resources department while also ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their career in Human Resources. Responsibilities: Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employee documentation and maintaining HR systems. Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Responsible for benefits administration, employee relations, and other HR functions as needed. Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events in multiple offices. Respond to basic HR-related inquiries and escalate complex issues to the HR Director. Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations, assisting with audits and compliance requests as needed. Support and manage HR systems as assigned. Identify opportunities and work to improve processes and create efficiencies; serve as an HR subject matter expert on firm-wide initiatives as assigned. Ad hoc HR projects as assigned by HR leadership. Ad hoc office administration support as needed, including parking validation, supply ordering, mail management, greeting visitors, etc. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required 3+ years in an HR role with experience in total rewards and HRIS management with ADP WFN is required Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) across all levels of the organization; ability to present in front of groups Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to detail review Ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism with confidential information Proficient in MS Office Suite with strong knowledge in using complex MS Excel workbooks/spreadsheets to administer projects Individuals must be eligible to work in the U.S. This position can be located in Irvine or San Diego, CA, or Lake Oswego, OR. This is a hybrid position and required to work in the office 4 days a week. The salary range for this position reflects various factors that influence compensation decisions, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, licensure, geographic location, and other organizational requirements. At KBF CPAs, it is uncommon for a candidate to be hired at the high end of the salary range, as compensation is based on the unique qualifications and circumstances of each individual. The estimated current salary range for this role is $65,000 to $90,000 and is specific to potential hires who will work and reside in California or Oregon if selected for the role.
