Cognitive Medical Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The role involves ensuring digital products meet 508 compliance standards, adhere to security protocols, and maintain overall quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report issues related to accessibility, security, and quality. Key Responsibilities:
Assess digital products for compliance with Section 508, WCAG, and other regulations. Develop and execute test plans and scripts for accessibility and security testing. Perform manual and automated testing to identify issues. Document findings and recommend remediation. Use issue tracking, version control, and requirement management tools. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to prioritize issues. Participate in design and code reviews for accessibility and security concerns. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes. Guide teams on implementing accessibility and security best practices. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-7 years of software testing experience, including automation and infrastructure development. Proven experience with 508 compliance and security testing. Strong understanding of accessibility standards and security testing methodologies. Experience with testing tools like Selenium, JAWS, NVDA, Axe. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work in an Agile environment. Additional Requirements:
Ability to obtain a Position of Public Trust Medium Background investigation (MBI). US Citizenship. Employment Details:
