What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and timely
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking progress throughout the project lifecycle
Identify, document, and track risks and issues, providing recommendations for future improvements
Utilize best practices and tools for project execution, while seeking improvement opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
5-7 years of experience in project management
Proven work experience in managing projects of varying complexity
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience delivering projects within a technology organization
Bachelor’s degree and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI)
Agile Certification (CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAFe)
Experience within the insurance or financial industry
Hands‑on experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive status reports
